I don’t know how I feel about this badge here.

I think this is worse than the Mercedes light up star. At least that star is where it’s supposed to be.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:31 |

It’s like the porthole that’s not a window.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:31 |

I’d prefer it if that badge wasn’t on that car anywhere at all.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:31 |

Those light up stars are horrific
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:33 |

So bad
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:33 |

I actually know someone who has it. Guess the model...
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:33 |

To be fair, the BMW logo has appeared in a pillar before. It was on the pillar on E9 models.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:34 |
|
It’s either on the absolute cheapest model or the most expensive.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:35 |
|
Does it have one on the other side as well? Because if so, that’s terrible.
There is only 1 that can have the roundel on both sides.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:36 |

It says to me that they know people buy them for the badge. Like how Jeeps these days are full of little Jeep logos.
Makes me sick
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:36 |

GLA or CLA.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:36 |
|
They don’t even offer it in the most expensive cars.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:36 |

Sort of... C300 4MATIC lease special. This was before the CLA arrived in Canada. There was still the B-Class which was marginally cheaper.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:37 |
|
I like it.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:42 |
|
GLS! There’s a couple of GLSs near me that have this. So dumb
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:43 |
|
I wouldn’t like it if they just stuck another badge there, but it would be incomprehensible if someone decided to pay extra money to put it there.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:43 |
|
Ugh just no.....
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:44 |
|
The “I don’t care how crummy it is, I gotta get me one of those three pointed stars so I can lord it over Shanice at the front desk” special.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:45 |
|
Totally fine, and with precedent to boot.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:46 |
|
I like the Hofmeister kink. Oh wait
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:47 |

Precedent:
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:48 |

blasphemer!
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:48 |
|
I’ll give you CLA as well, my friend’s ex actually likes it and wanted to get one for her CLA...
...then my friend ditched her.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:49 |
|
How else are people supposed to know it’s not a Hyundai Tucson?
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:51 |
|
I’ve ridden in the back of a CLA... nope.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:52 |
|
Huh. TIL that the E9 has a badge on the pillar. Neat. Ok. So there’s 2 BMWs that can.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 21:53 |
|
The fender ones are okay, and so is the E9, it somehow blends with the window shapes.
This one is just looks tacked on and unnecessary.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 22:01 |
|
Also, most BMW roadsters have badges on the fenders. 507, z3, z4, z8.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 22:37 |
|
I don’t find the fender badging bad at all, usually it’s just pillar badging that I hate.
![]() 10/26/2017 at 23:05 |
|
CLA, of course. :/
![]() 10/26/2017 at 23:14 |
|
This entire car makes no sense so why the hell not. It’s fine.
![]() 10/27/2017 at 01:36 |
|
I don’t wear epaulettes and there’s no reason for an anonymous city car to wear them either...
![]() 10/27/2017 at 05:04 |
|
Totally fine on a slender coupe. Agreed. But this is some blobby grocery getter. Absolutely not fine there.
![]() 10/27/2017 at 07:03 |
|
Unimog.
![]() 10/27/2017 at 07:04 |
|
Yuck, it looks out of place there. BMW fender badges make more sense.
![]() 10/27/2017 at 08:55 |
|
This works. The lede image does not.
![]() 10/27/2017 at 08:57 |
|
Considering there will also be a badge on the front and the back, nay.
And it’s not even straight!
![]() 10/27/2017 at 09:50 |
|
They need to put a badge on every side of the car to remind you that you’re driving a BMW. Because really you’re driving a Mini.
![]() 10/27/2017 at 11:35 |

Well it isn’t a Datsun or a sedan/coupe so no!
